My work began over 30 years ago, when I trained as a remedial massage therapist at the Queensland Swedish Massage Institute.

Over the years, my practice has expanded to include lymphatic therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, Bowen technique, and both pregnancy and infant massage.

More recently, I’ve continued refining my approach through specialised lymphatic training, allowing me to offer treatments that are safe, gentle, and deeply supportive of your body’s natural healing processes.

Today, at Living Waters, I work one-on-one with clients across South East Queensland, supporting recovery, easing inflammation, and helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease.
